LICADD & Gabriel's Giving Tree are inspired by the remarkable support and vibrant presence of everyone who joined us for the 36th Annual Father Peter Sweisgood & Gabriel’s Giving Tree Healing & Recovery Breakfast honoring Kenneth Nicholson of The Kenneth Peters Center and No Matter What Foundation and Linda Nuszen of The Beading Hearts on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the Heritage Club at Bethpage.

With over 500 attendees, the atmosphere brimmed with an overflow of compassion, hope, and community. We honored to gather with parents, families, elected officials, community leaders and treatment provider to celebrate the miracle of healing and recovery. We thank our generous sponsors, the GGT Committee, LICADD staff and volunteers for helping to make this event as exceptional as it was.

LICADD and GGT's partnership helps to provide individual and family recovery services along with assistance to Long Island families who do not have the resources to provide funeral services for their loved ones and connection to grief and loss support to help the entire family begin their healing journey.
