LICADD works to increase awareness of, and lessen the potential impact of alcoholism and drug dependence on individuals, families and communities by working in partnership with: people in recovery, their families and allies; prevention, treatment and recovery providers; public health organizations; clergy and faith-based organizations; local, state and federal agencies; institutions of higher learning; and researchers.

Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to shape public policy and practice in ways that support healthy and safe individuals, families, schools, and communities.

We've rebranded!

LICADD is thrilled to welcome FIST, GGT and Open Arms EAP into the LICADD family. During Recovery Month, more than ever, we need to work hard to remove the stigma of substance use disorder and give people the freedom and confidence to reach out for help.
