Of the many ways addiction affects families, loss of a loved one to the disease can be the most damaging. The shockwaves of loss can reverberate throughout one’s life, making day-to-day tasks daunting.

LICADD’s Grief and Loss Support Group is a weekly group meeting open to families and friends who have lost someone to the disease of addiction. The group is professionally facilitated and focuses on the stages of grief and loss, managing emotions and working effectively through the healing process.

Also, our Individual Counseling program provides short-term counseling onsite in both of our offices. Scheduling availability is flexible.

We've rebranded!

LICADD is thrilled to welcome FIST, GGT and Open Arms EAP into the LICADD family. During Recovery Month, more than ever, we need to work hard to remove the stigma of substance use disorder and give people the freedom and confidence to reach out for help.
