Lauren received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mercy College. She also has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Substance Use Certification from Hofstra University. Lauren began at LICADD as an intern in January 2021 and joined the team officially as a staff member in September 2021. In addition to providing general counseling to clients, Lauren also fills the role of Anger Management Coordinator for LICADD.
Lauren is passionate about helping others through a holistic approach that promotes mental well-being. She is committed to advocating for the needs of those with mental health concerns. Lauren strongly believes in the importance of supporting others through challenging times, as challenging times do not need to be navigated alone.
