
Safiyyah A. Savage is the Executive Administrative Assistant at LICADD. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the City College of New York, where she majored in English with honors in Creative Writing and Political Science, focusing on the Legal Honors program.
During her undergraduate studies, Safiyyah worked as a part-time social media coordinator. She also interned at Skadden Arps, as a public relations and marketing intern in her legal program. In addition to her academic pursuits, she volunteered at her local masjid, teaching young children. Safiyyah enjoys the arts such as writing poetry, styling clothing, and practicing saber fencing in her spare time, having been recognized as an all-county saber fencer.
Safiyyah leverages her diverse skills and interest in law to enhance the functionality of LICADD. She also serves as the Volunteer Coordinator, where she established the Professional Development Volunteer Program, which aims to educate and develop professional skills for volunteers. Overall, Safiyyah’s commitment to giving back to the community makes her a valuable asset to our team.
