LICADD’s Women’s Empowerment Program (WEP) is a recovery-forward vocational advisorship initiative designed to support women at every stage of their professional journey. Through a unique blend of professional development, career guidance, and skill-building, participants gain access to experienced advisors across a range of industries who are committed to sharing knowledge, insight, and opportunity.
Whether joining as an advisor or an advisee, WEP creates a supportive and inclusive space where women can learn, grow, and move toward their goals, regardless of background, identity, or experience.
Over the course of three months, participants engage in structured, goal-oriented meetings that foster meaningful connections, encourage accountability, and promote personal and professional growth. The program also features career seminars and networking opportunities designed to build confidence, expand resources, and cultivate lasting professional relationships.
