How to Make an Honor or Memorial Gift

• Check the box labeled:
  • “I would like to make this donation in honor or memory of someone.”
• Select whether your gift is being made:
  • In Honor Of
  • In Memory Of
• Enter the name of the individual you are recognizing in the “Name of Memory/Honor” fields.
• If you would like an acknowledgment sent, complete the “Mail acknowledgment to” section with the recipient’s information.
• Complete your donor information and submit your gift.
