LICADD's mission is to address the addictive climate of our times by providing initial attention and referral services to individuals, families, and children, through intervention, education and professional guidance to overcome the ravages of alcohol and other drug-related problems.

Our Vision at LICADD is to provide for healthier communities that are resilient and responsive to the addictive climate of our times. Through our combination of intervention, education and professional guidance, we aim to help others overcome the ravages of alcohol and other drug related problems.

As an independent and voluntary not-for-profit agency we can objectively tailor our programs and services to best meet the clinical needs of our clients.

Through voluntary contributions, some foundation support and special events, LICADD has been able to provide many of its services at modest fee levels, or in some cases based on donations. Money is not, and has never been, a barrier to securing LICADD’s help.

LICADD’s staff includes Clinical Social Workers, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselors and Certified Employee Assistance Professionals.
