Nadege serves as the Development and Communications Associate at the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (LICADD), where she supports fundraising, donor stewardship, special events, and strategic communications that help advance LICADD’s mission.

In her role, Nadege is grateful to collaborate with dedicated colleagues, generous supporters, and committed community partners who make LICADD’s work possible. She helps bring LICADD’s mission to life through compelling donor communications, grant support, social media content, website updates, and event materials. From coordinating sponsorship outreach and journal ads to crafting impact-driven messaging and managing digital campaigns, she works to strengthen community engagement and increase awareness of LICADD’s prevention education, early intervention, and recovery support services.

With a deep appreciation for mission-driven work and community advocacy, Nadege is passionate about using storytelling to connect people to causes that matter. She is proud to contribute to LICADD’s ongoing impact and remains thankful for the opportunity to support an organization that brings hope, healing and support to individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health-related challenges across Long Island.

Outside of work, Nadege enjoys pursuing her creative passions in film and photography, or unwinding with a good Netflix binge.
