Mrs. Dhamary Davidson-Smith is the Human Resources Director at the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc.. Joining the LICADD team in early 2019, as the newly appointed Executive Assistant, she naturally became the ‘go-to’ person for help within the organization. With this, Dhamary earned her ‘badges’ by 2021 and was promoted to HR Director. Dhamary currently assists LICADD and its employees with staffing, performance management, benefits, relations, as well as safety and health.
Dhamary brings valuable skillsets to LICADD’s table including substantial professional supervisory experience within the human services arena, as well as holding credentials as a Certified Nursing Assistant from North Shore Career Institute. Currently, Dhamary is working on obtaining her aPHR credentials from HRCI to further her expertise in the Human Resources realm. Dhamary is dedicated to the mission and vision of LICADD and helping those serving individuals, families & youth across Long Island.
