Angela Brooks is a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.A. in Sociology. She brings experience from non-profit and public sector entities. With her diverse background she has managed special events, grant funded programs, coordinated community development HUD funded projects and managed human resources. Currently she continues to coordinate and fundraise for Special events as she has done for over 15+ years in both professional and extracurricular arenas.
Angela came to LICADD in 2014 as the Development and Communications Associate where she coordinated and managed all Special events. In 2017 she was promoted to the Director of Philanthropy where she currently oversees special events, grants, marketing and all philanthropic endeavors for LICADD.
