Rob Ripp is a strategic advisor and leader who helps organizations develop operational strategies that are both visionary and executable. With more than 35 years of experience in corporate planning, Rob brings unique expertise to both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.

Rob began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he conducted merger and acquisition analysis. In 1998, he joined EY as a management consultant, helping corporate clients develop long-term real estate strategies and implement multifaceted expense-reduction initiatives.

In 2007, Rob joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director and held several leadership roles focused on strategic planning and process transformation. An action-oriented leader, he established and developed a digital reporting platform within Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Services business unit. Today, he advises multinational corporations on transforming and optimizing their business operations.

Rob is the former Chair of the LICADD Board of Directors, where he helped guide the creation and implementation of the organization’s five-year strategic plan. He also serves on the Long Island Board of Swim Across America, which raises more than $1 million annually to support cancer research.
